TripByCost is a free trip planner operated by William Addis. Using it means accepting what follows.

Our numbers are estimates, not quotes

This is the most important thing on this page. TripByCost prices a whole trip — flight, stay, food and transfers — so you can see where a budget actually reaches. Those figures are planning ranges built from indicative fares and typical destination costs. They are not offers, not quotes, and not guaranteed.

Prices move constantly, and what you finally pay depends on your dates, your choices and the partner you book with. Always confirm the real price on the airline or booking site before you commit money. Do not treat anything here as the final cost of a trip.

We are not the seller

You cannot book anything on TripByCost. Every booking happens on a third party's site — an airline, Booking.com, a tour operator — under their terms. Your contract is with them, not with us. Cancellations, refunds, changes, service problems and travel documents are between you and that company.

How we make money

Some outbound links are affiliate links: if you book through one, the partner may pay us a commission at no extra cost to you. This never changes your price. Rankings are ordered by how a destination fits your budget, not by what pays us most.

Travel is your responsibility

Passports, visas, entry rules, vaccinations, insurance and safety conditions are yours to verify with the relevant authorities. We do not check whether a trip we show you is one you are permitted to take.

Acceptable use

Do not scrape the site, hammer the endpoints, or attempt to break the planner or reach data that is not yours. Please do not submit anyone else's email address.

No warranty

The site is provided “as is”. We do not warrant that estimates are accurate, that the site is available, or that it fits any particular purpose. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from your use of the site or from any booking you make with a third party — including money lost to a price that differed from an estimate shown here.
